Brant InStore
Brant InStore was a leading provider of print solutions to some of the largest companies in North America's retail, restaurant, and automotive industries. The company needed to optimize its internal processes and enhance its service delivery by upgrading from a manual, Excel-based time-registration system to a more robust, integrated solution.

Challenges:
Inefficient Time-Logging: Their time-logging strategy was cumbersome and prone to errors, meaning they couldn't properly quote future jobs or integrate into production software.
Disconnected Processes: Sales and production processes were disjointed, resulting in inefficiencies and delays
Manual Order Management: Store associates and clients had to place orders manually, leading to potential bottlenecks, errors, and reduced service speed.

Blueprint developed a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored to manage Brant Instore's entire sales production and workflow. This database integrated all aspects of their operations, from sales tracking and management to the coordination of shipping across North America.
In addition to the ERP system, Blueprint developed a custom web portal that allows store associates to place orders directly from the warehouse, facilitating a more efficient ordering and production process.
Results
- Improved Efficiency: The integrated ERP system has significantly streamlined Brant InStore’s sales and production processes, reducing manual work and minimizing errors.
- Enhanced Order Management: The web portal empowers end users to place orders directly, speeding up the ordering process and ensuring timely product delivery.
Scalable Solution: The use of FileMaker allows for easy scaling and modification of the system to meet evolving business needs.
